Our name, Hope, is core to who we’ve been as a company since starting in 1994. We believed then, and do now, that it’s possible to have an optimistic perspective in the midst of an often-cynical industry.

Tim Birdseye

President

I began my career at Hope in 1999 as a Carpenter and transitioned to the role of President in 2021. I enjoy serving in my community, riding ATVs with my kids, attending their sporting events, target shooting, and fresh water fishing. My dream is to build my own house someday!

 

John Spiegel

Account Manager

I joined Hope in 2001. I am responsible for building customer relationships. My interests include motorcycles, four-wheelers, gaming, hunting, and camping.

 

Mo Cifuentes

DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I joined Hope originally in 2018 and served in operations until departing in 2020. After working in Project Management for several years I return to Hope in 2023 as the Director of Project Management. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing golf.

Dave Dassoulas

Vice President

I co-founded the company in 1994. I am currently functioning as Chairman and mentor to the Executive and Leadership Teams. My interests include mentoring, basketball, biking, hiking, reading, and writing.

 

Chris Loftness

Account Manager

I have been employed with Hope since 2004. I am also responsible for building customer relationships. My interests include coaching my kids in sports and running ultra-marathons.

 

Jeff Summers

Director of Operations

I started with the company in 1994. I currently oversee the daily operations of all project and service teams. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, working around the house, camping and fishing.

 

Tim Sigmon

CONTROLLER

I began my career at Hope as a Staff Accountant from 2017-2019. I returned in 2023 as the Controller. I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and playing sports
